Madison Chemical has a team of dedicated professionals who will support you and your facility from day one.  We will work with you to test new products and solutions, optimize your new or existing systems, and perform any needed training with your staff.  Our award-winning laboratory and product development team can work with you to reduce the VOC emissions from your process, eliminate unwanted raw materials, or meet other environmental goals.  After an intense start-up period, we will work with you to establish a regular schedule for service visits and to verify our products are helping your organization meet the requirements and specifications of your customers.

The local Technical Sales Representative will visit on a regular schedule, or as needed, to review any problems, check systems, perform any needed equipment service and tests, as well as complete a technical service report.  They will also spend time with the crew answering any questions, observing procedures and training personnel when necessary.
