Carbonized Residue Removal
Madison Chemical has unique chemicals to remove carbonized residues from stainless steel, even after long periods of time without being properly cleaned. These chemicals and methods have been proven in multiple food manufacturing segments.
Calcium Oxalate Cleaning
DART 317-SP / FOAM CLEAN 317-SP are specialized alkaline detergents, specifically designed to remove calcium oxalate (inherent in spinach and kale) buildup. Since they are alkaline in nature, they can be applied nightly and commingle on equipment surfaces with traditional chlorinated alkaline foaming detergents. This is especially helpful in relieving the pressure of calcium oxalate removal solely through acid cleaning, which is often only performed on a weekly basis.
COMPOUND PS-3 LF
COMPOUND PS-3 LF is blended acid that specifically built for combating calcium oxalate (inherent in spinach and kale) buildup. This product is particularly effective when implemented into a regular cleaning cycle with either the DART 317-SP or FOAM CLEAN 317-SP.
