At Madison Chemical, we provide our customers with decades of knowledge and experience in chemistry, process optimization,  and sanitation practices.  With our unique hands-on consultative approach, we work with you to achieve the best and most cost-effective solutions for your facility.  We believe that a chemical supplier works best as your partner in keeping your facility clean and on budget, not just as a number on a spreadsheet.

Every one of our customers has a local Technical Sales Representative as their point person.  Your Representative visits the plant regularly and is assisted by our team to provide the most thorough sanitation program possible.

Madison Chemical’s level of service depends on your unique requirements. We typically perform a complete chemical and equipment survey of your facility, which enables us to work with you to select the best products to suit your needs.  We then work with your personnel to ensure they understand our products and their utilization.  At your request, Madison Chemical personnel will conduct classes for designated personnel on basic chemistry, equipment operation, and chemical safety.  Additional in-depth training for sanitation, QA, and maintenance team leaders can be provided as well.  Your Technical Sales Representatives will assist you with inventory control and product ordering procedures.  Our representative will periodically observe and work with your sanitation crew or 3rd party cleaning company during the sanitation shift to assure that our products are being used properly, have an exit meeting with plant management, and provide your company a written report with observations and recommendations about any problem or suspect areas.

Madison Chemical also has the ability to work with our customers in designing, fabricating, and engineering specialized systems, and training your personnel in the proper operation of these systems on a case by case basis.

Facility Audits

Plant audits can assist your company in preparing for upcoming inspections.  Audits can include micro plating, ATP swabbing, air sample evaluations, CIP system analysis, and food safety evaluations.

Training

We offer one-on-one and classroom style in-person training.  This training can always be followed up and reinforced by personal instruction during sanitation.  In addition, we offer our online training program, MadChem University, with interactive training modules to provide customers better access to a variety of teaching tools.  Courses are available in English and Spanish.

Inventory Control

Inventory of chemicals is part of the routine service by your local Technical Sales Representative and a report is provided.  We typically look at period costs and will flag over or underuse of our products.  We believe that both can be symptoms of a process needing stronger controls.

Master Sanitation Planner

This software program is easy to use and keeps track of periodic cleaning tasks, when they are due or overdue, and provides a convenient means for distributing these tasks to sanitation personnel.  Individual sSOP’s are linked to each task.

Engineering Solutions

We can provide equipment audits and will design cleaning accessories to provide solutions to difficult cleaning situations.
